Gel nails. My first pair.
Dremeled my nails- only watching what she was doing half the time. Too busy joking with co-workers. My cuticals bled and then ached for 3 days. I told her she was hurting me, and her response was " I guess you'll remember me" and laughed.
I thought that was just what happened when you had this done. I found out later, no. Hurting and bleeding is not usual.
I asked for a natural curve, she gave me straight tips, I asked twice, and expected that perhaps that was the end of the process to put in the final shape that I asked multiple times for. It wasn't, she just didn't listen to me.
My coworkers who had several pairs assured me they were indeed too thick, it wasn't just me or the fact they were my first. The flat tip and thickness made it impossible to pick things up, I had to reshape them to be functional- that's why I asked for the curved shape, as it was the shape I always did when I did my own nails.
They insulted my eyebrows trying to sell another service. Kept offering the pedicure I had to turn down multiple times, and grill me with questions on why I didn't want it. I finally just lied and told her I had no time just to get her off the subject.
Lack of empathy and tact.

This is a Public Service Announcement.... I don't get my nails done at all, at most I have probably had my nails done three times including this one. And I have to say I really wasn't all that happy with my nails. I mainly want to let new people looking to get their nails done to speak up if you don't like something! I paid $100 for what I feel wasn't that great of a job! But stupidly I don't say anything at the moment. And although the attention was great, the job was not... Now I'm $100 down and not happy with my nails... Don't be shy to say you didn't like it, after all you are paying for it!

I typically don’t complain but they really did a crappy job, they are nice and friendly but they really need to focus on what they are doing, cuz they are not doing it right. :-(

Vicky is the best. She treats you like she's known you forever and she does an amazing job...nails and eyebrows I'm sure everything else as well

You have to go to Ann's. Vicky is The absolute BEST!! I have been getting my nails done a long time. Other nail salons never got my nails, quite the way I like.... Vicky, however did an amazing job, makes my nails look perfect everytime!! What also makes this salon stand out is their customer service.
