My mom just went today for a full acrylic set with French manicure and a pedicure, and she loved her experience! Tommy took time to give her a massage on her hands up to her elbows, and her legs up to her knees. The finished look is amazing, and mom has never been happier with how her nails look! She feels great too. The decor is beautiful, and the salon is clean. It made her feel welcome and relaxed. She told them she'll be a customer for life now! It was over and above what she's ever had at other places in town.

I hadn't found a nail salon in the area that I loved so I decided to try out Royal Nails and I'm so happy I did! Mai was able to squeeze me in on a busy morning for a gel manicure and pedicure, french for my manicure and color on my toes. She did an amazing job and was a delight to chat with. Very clean and professional place. Price was fair, $90 for everything. I will definitely be going back soon!

Always friendly and do a great job on my nails. I have been to multiple nail places in Saint Augustine and Royal Nails is definitely the nicest and most personable. Their dip nails last for over 3 weeks. Customer for life. So glad I found them!

Over the years we’ve spent more than most here. The last few times it seemed as if they didn’t care if we were there or not. Today was the worst. Went in with my wife for an appointment. They again seemed bothered that we were there. I asked them if they wanted us to take our business and money elsewhere, we did. Never again. No customer loyalty, no customer appreciation. Looks like possibly new owners and staff???? Pass.

I live in Jacksonville & was in St Augustine for the weekend, so I got my full set acrylic nails done here. I wanted to go for a holographic nail look, so the nail technician spent an hour and fifteen minutes doing them, and I was very unsatisfied with the final look.
We took the polish off and i went for my primary color nails that I usually get.
I cannot remember my nail tech’s name, but she had short hair. She was a little aggressive and it hurt when she used multiple drills on my nails, because she cut me a few times. She also got some acrylic on my skin, which burned. She did not take care of my cuticles either. Overall, it was a less than average average and time consuming nail experience. I won’t be coming back here.
