Facility is well kept and clean, but their methods are outdated. I went in for a gel manicure a week ago and they didn't last four days; and my nail beds are completely destroyed. My nails have been in agony for a week and have all cracked and bled. Please have your technicians do continuing education to learn the latest techniques. There is no reason for my nails to be hurting as much a s they are. I had to drive up to Newton (I live in Plymouth) to have Iris Nails (best nail salon I have ever been to) fix my nails as best as they could. Additionally, for $30, I expect at minimum a hand message. I am beyond disappointed.

A mean and Nasty woman painted my daughters nails. She acted annoyed the whole time , spoke so rude and condescending to her -ruined the experience for us both (mommy and me pedis). I usually go to a different place where they treat my daughter amazing. I was silly to try a new place, esp this one !!!

Never going back. It used to be my favorite but now there is no one left working there. It seems as though they are closing shop.

i CALLED AND MADE APPOINTMENT AND ASKED DID THEY HAVE ANY SPECIALS I WAS TOLD TUESDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS WERE SPECIAL DAYS AT 24.00 FOR PEDICURE.....MOST PLACES ARE 30.00 I ASKED THE MANAGER WHAT ENTAIL AND IT WAS THE SAME AS I HAD IN FLORIDA AND ELSE WHERE IN MASS AT LEAST THATS WHAT SHE TOLD ME...I WENT THERE AND IT WAS ONLY 15 MINUTES OF CUTTING THE TOE NAILS AND POLISH THEM....BEEN VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR SERVICE AND I NOTICED READING THEIR AD AS 20 % OFF ....THEY ARE NOT HONEST BUYER BE AWARE....THEIR SALON IS VERY CLEAN
