I would give 5 stars for my massage. My massage therapist met all of my expectations. My reasoning for giving 3 stars is because I had a spa finder gift card and I went to go pay with it since it says on the spa finder website that Radiance Spa accepts spa finder gift cards. It says Radiance Spa accept single use gift cards and multi use gift cards on spa finder website. After my massage, I was told we can’t accept spa finder gift cards on people who’ve been here more than once…
So thought I was getting a nice treat with using this gift card that was gifted to me to find out after the fact that you only accept spa finder gift cards one per customer…

We had a couple’s massage tonight and it was amazing. It’s very relaxing and its ends with a glass of champs and chocolate! A great way to end our day. We will be back !!

Came here for my FIRST EVER facial & massage… 10/10! Daiva & Crystal were so welcoming & did such a nice job! Atmosphere was amazing— hidden gem for sure! Can’t wait to come back!! Thank you ladies for making me feel beautiful, relaxed & brand new!!

I received one of the best massages of my life today from Nina. And my husband and I were made to feel very welcome to hang out and use the spa facilities. Thank you to the entire staff for your kindness and hospitality as we waited for an event to start at The Bucks Club.

Massage and facial were excellent. Very relaxing. All the staff were very kind.
Only downsides... The ambiance was not as "spa like" as I had hoped. Too bright and kind of dated in its decor and finishes. Also, there was a party elsewhere in the club and we could hear the loud thumbing DJ music during a lot of our treatments.
