I love this salon, the stylists that work there, the atmosphere, everyone is genuinely nice and authentic! I especially LOVE my stylist Gina Fox.... she is truly an expert and offers the best in her styling techniques from color, cut to handling hair that is in need of care!!! She is Fabulous!!!

I wanted to love this salon so badly, but unfortunately I have nothing good to say except that it's very cute inside. I went in with dark auburn dyed hair and wanted to go back to being blonde (since I finally had the long hair of my dreams, I was looking for an ombre look, with ashy-blonde at the root and white-blonde at the tips) which I knew was going to be a timely process and would take multiple appointments to fix. My first appointment was strictly doing a color correction to pull out as much red as possible, which I was told we were also doing for the second appt. When I arrived at the second appt, the owner instead started right away with bleach. I asked about this and she said that enough red was pulled out last time, and I didn't question her further. She finished putting in the bleach and then went in the back for a while with the other girls braiding each other's hair, and then helped some other clients. I was checked on occasionally but each time they said "it can stay in longer" and walked away. By the time my hair was rinsed, the bleach was in my hair for THREE HOURS. I now know that bleach should be in for usually a max of 30 min. When I got home and tried to style my hair, it started breaking off in my hands and falling out entirely to the point where it's now thin and patchy. I had to spend way too much money on protein enriched shampoos, conditioners, and treatments to try to save my hair. I called the salon twice a week for three weeks trying to ask the owner for help fixing this mess, but she ignored every call and every message. She never did call me back, but I received a check in the mail for the cost of my appt so I went to another salon where they ended up having to cut off 8 inches to get rid of all the dead hair, and I'm left with the bob cut just below my chin that I never wanted, especially since my hair is curly and needs the weight to keep it from becoming an afro.
