My daughter and I got our nails done here yesterday. Her natural nails are a little misshapen, but they look gorgeous now that they fixed them. We both got ombre dip. Jamie did mine and she was totally focused. I'm so in love with the way they turned out.
The man who greeted us at the door when we first arrived was very friendly and helpful, too. We are nail newbies, so we had to kind of be shown how things work.
The salon is so comfortable. Lots of seating. Their little daughter was in there and she is just adorable, too. I can't wait to go back! Such a sweet family!

Update your work hours and let the customers know that you are closed. It is just bad customer service when a customer comes all the way and you are closed because the landlord has changed the locks. See the notice attached.

I’d never been here but before, but went because my roommate swore by them. I was not disappointed! Tango did a wonderful job and was impressively fast. I will definitely be making this salon my new go-to!

This place is beyond exceptional. Very outstanding customer service, everyone is so friendly and informative. The receptionist was super nice she gave me complimentary had massage.

I have been to so many nail salons around Plano and I don’t think any of them have done as fantastic as Love nails. The staff is so nice, patient, and ready to help with any suggestions/tips. I get the stiletto shape and they always shape them perfectly. I got these chrome ones for homecoming and I received lot of compliments for them! They lasted a looong time, (a little over 4 weeks) before i eventually removed them myself, and they didn’t chip or break throughout that time span. The quality is definitely worth the price!
