I'm disappointed to be writing this review because I have been a J Nails patron for many years and I've spent hundreds of dollars on their services. They have always been so friendly and accommodating. I recently had a French manicure no chip done in which the white was discolored and chipped off after one day. I returned to show them how badly the color and no chip had gone. They wrapped my fingers in the foil and polish remover and had me sit for almost thirty minutes, at which point the skin on my fingers was so dried out it started to peel. Other customers were coming in to the salon (no appointment!) and were being taken before me. I felt like I was being punished and was legitimately in pain. Only did they come take the foil off when they saw me taking it off myself, upset and preparing to leave. Someone finally came and finished the rest of my service, managing to cut my already sensitive finger with clippers, and then charged me full price! For their mistakes! After the amount of time and money I have spent at this salon, I will never be returning. I am extremely disappointed in my treatment here.

Very clean, ploite service and Misha did a good pedicure. This was my first time there, and I will definitely return.

Detailed quality job. Friendly service. A lady even helped me pick beautiful colors today after she saw the lackluater colors I picked out. Thankful that they are open. Appointments are preferred, I am sure, but they will accommodate you as walk-in's as best as possible and available. A professional and therapeutic neighbohood nail salon that I love!
