I had an appointment for soak-off of my overlay with new set and then polish on toes. The tech instead tried to clip away my overlay from my natural nails & ended up cracking my natural nails. I have naturally long nails that curl over which is why I get an overlay. I had a couple of nails that had also already broke which I needed repaired. She proceeded to make the comment that I should cut them all & let them grow back. I said no I prefer to keep my nails and only get tips on the nails that needed them. Once she cracked two she then let me soak them off the rest of the way! Once this was completed she ended up cutting them all down. I am very dissatisfied and disgruntled with this and I only proceeded to let her finish because today is my birthday & I had somewhere to be. I am only giving 2 stars because they did good with the polish portion of my nails & toes. The price list was also reasonable.

I bought a natural spa pedicure that was $45..they hide the other basic list from you. I didn’t know there was another choice 🤷♀️ totally worth it thou. Best nail salon massage chair ever!!!!!! My nail tech gave me a pretty decent massage better then most. I will definitely go back!

Michelle was wonderful! This was my first trip in and already made my next appointment. The salon was warm and welcoming, clean, and everyone was friendly. They have a large selection of colors/options and were very informative about the products and process. Michelle took her time to show me around, describe the offered services and gave me a brochure with her information included. Overall would 10/10 recommend.

Michelle took great care of me from scrupulous hygiene to listening carefully to what I wanted and checking with me for each step such as nail shape. She made my powder dip nails gawgeous again!! Well worth the visit. I will be back.

Absolutely amazing! First time there and was pampered and treated well! Holly is amazing! Helped me pick out color and did a really well job! Matched my toes to the dip as well.. will be back for sure!!!
