Could not imagine a worse experience. This was my first time getting any sort of color in my hair (didn't exactly know what to expect). After over an hour of sitting with foils in, the customer in the chair next to me spoke up on my behalf, stating to the stylist that I had the foils in my hair too long. The stylist checked the foils and said "just a few more minutes" and walked away and came back 20 minutes later. The stylist teased my hair so bad that she couldn't even get out the knots. She ripped out half of my hair in the process. It was incredibly painful. When all was said and done and she had blow dried my hair, it looked exactly the same. Absolutely no color change. Noticing this, the stylist said that the color would show up better if she curled my hair. Because she had used so much conditioner in my hair to try and comb the knots out, it would not hold a curl. She tried curling it using 2 different size barrels (even with me saying you don't have to curl it, it's fine), and eventually fried my newly cut hair. I left with my hair more damaged that what I came in with. The lady that I made the appointment with on the phone was very nice. I saw her on the way out and even she said, "i thought you were getting color, i don't notice a difference". I was too frustrated to speak up at the time, and didn't trust them to do anything better, so I just left. Weeks later, my hair is still so damaged and thin (I had really thin/fine hair to begin with). Worst experience I've ever had at a salon.

contacted this establishment 3 times to get them to remove my cell phone number from their system because i'm being spammed with salon appointment reminders that i've never made. i'm still receiving these texts. this has been going on since december of 2017.

My first visit at Salon Iaomo was with a Groupon and my hair stylist KATHY was absolutely amazing! She gave me the correct color highlights and some awesome layers. Yesterday was my second visit and I am beyond happy with my haircut. Very friendly staff. Very skilled in what they do! Highly recommend!

I used this salon for the first time last week. Kathy was my stylist. She is fantastic. She gave me the color I wanted when no other salon would. I’m in love with my hair color. Friendly staff and excellent service. They have a customer for life. I highly recommend this salon

The worst salon experience of my life. I went into the salon after reading reviews on their website. I showed my stylist a few pictures of a blonde balayage treatment I was looking for. The final result looked like a blind, drunk three year old finger painted my hair with bleach. The stylist tried to “fix” my hair by adding my brown foot color though out my fair to distract from that fact that the bleach was put on so badly and the brown turned out to be WAY darker than my natural color. When that didn’t turn out well, she tried to blame my hair for the poor color application. Even after all of that, the cut was the worst part!! Huge chunks were taken out of my hair! I could have cut my hair better blindfolded!! I will never return and would never recommend this salon to anyone! STEER CLEAR!!
