Have been going to Top Spa Nail for well over a year. So nice. Very professional and as accommodating as possible. I love the SNS powder. Lynn does my nails and she is gentle and very good. All the employees are good too.

I from michigan ... This place is joke i jus waited 30mins brought my own gel and still wanna change 40 45$ are kidding me wow ....... You guys are ridiculous nonsense what happen to always make your customers happy.... Your customer service skills suck

The place reeks of garlic. I can’t stand to smell as soon as you open the door.

I was told that they could see me as soon as I picked a color for gel polish. I waited for an entire hour, and now (less than a day later) half of the polish on one nail has lifted and peeled off. Will never go there again.

This was one of the worst experiences I've had at a nail salon. First, their polish selection is very poor. Second, I walked in with my friend and since we had places to go asked how long it would be. They assured us no wait and started to work on my friend saying that someone was coming to do my nails. It took them 40 minutes before someone was able to even start me and meanwhile my friend was already done. I was wanting a pedicure and gel on my nails. Due to timing, I then decided to get just a polish change. It was the worst job I've ever had. Paint all over my toes. I had to keep asking her to fix it, and she still wouldn't. $8.00 for the worst polish change with the most awful customer service. There are multiple places blocks away that I would recommend going to before this place.
