I wanted to get acrylics for the first time ever, so I made sure I did a lot of research and found a place that looked like they were good at it. Pretty Nails looked very familiar with a variety of shapes and designs, so I decided to try it. I got a full set of acrylics with a gel French ombre for $60. Susan, the nail tech, was fabulous. I explained it was my first time getting fake nails and she took the time to give me her opinion on what she thought would look best and what would be practical given my career. She made sure I was satisfied with every step before moving forward and paid great attention to detail. The other ladies getting their nails done also walked out looking great. My favorite part about these fake nails is that they aren't thick. Sometimes they can look clunky and have a large bump, but my nail tech made them thin enough to look pretty natural.
Overall, everyone was very friendly, seemed very knowledgeable about the trends, and they sure know how to give you a great looking manicure. Highly recommend!

Went consistently for years, and always loved the salon! I moved away so I haven’t been in awhile. They always took their time and did the best nails ever. All the staff are super friendly, and really get to know you. This salon gets extremely busy so I would recommend making an appointment!♥️

I’m truly so sad to have had such a bad experience here. Several of my coworkers go here and have nothing but great things to say about it so I was so excited to finally try them myself. I made an appointment for 10am and showed up at 10am (right as they were opening) to about 10 people already inside sitting in all the seats. When one of the ladies asked me what I was getting done I let her know I had an appointment and she looked confused, talked to two other employees and then came back and told me to take a seat at one of the tables. About 15 minutes in she asked me my name and then got upset because I apparently had an appointment with a different nail tech who had been sitting there waiting for me. I apologized and let her know I wasn’t aware my appointment was with anyone specifically. How was I to know that my appointment was with someone else? They charged me $45 to file my acrylics into shape and paint with gel polish. She explained the polish would be $15 even though my nails are very short, just barely past the tip of my fingers. The day after my service I had 3 nails chip paint and since then (it’s now Thursday, I got my nails done Friday) every single nail has chipped polish. I’ll most likely not return to the salon. For the price of the service, the quality of the service, and the unorganization; I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Best Nail Salon in Montgomery County !!!! I have been a customer for years (10)+ to be exact and will not go anywhere else. Staff is super friendly and very personable and gets to know you .

My sister treated me to a pedicure for mother's day and the technician did an amazing job. Only a couple down sides to my visit. We had a 10 am appointment and still had to wait until almost 11 to be seated. Then a regular customer, named Emily, called herself bullying me because she did not care for my appearance and that i had my child there. Not sure if I will be returning.
