Their quality of work is probably the best in Lawton, however their service is severely lacking. The salon is clean, and has a small waiting area with a television (which helps with the sometimes long waits). When I received relaxers, they were my go to salon, now that I am natural, not so much....
1. Natural hair is probably their weakest area, and an area that they could strengthen their expertise in. In no salon should a woman have to pay more to use LESS checimals in their hair. If you don't know how to do natural hair, be honest about it upfront, and money and time can be saved. 2. You should NOT have to straighten natural hair to treat it nor to trim it! As a result, I have heat damage, and have not nor will I be going back to the salon. While my hair was bein straightened I SMELLED BURNING HAIR!!! When I washed my hair later, I confirmed what's insuspected... my hair was heat damaged. Even month later, my hair is still recovering, and Inhave to chop a little every month to rid myself of the straightened ends. 3. CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Children are not welcome here... PERIOD. Of course your money is, but the stylists do not like children, and are pretty clear about it with their signage and behavior when a child is brought in. They do not have the patience nor care one should have with younger children's tender heads (beauty should NOT be pain... nor should they be taught that). 4. Their scheduling is ridiculous! I would hope that I wouldn't have to schedule 2 weeks out to get a style! All in all, I think if you do not have children, and don't intend to maintain your natural hair... this is a GREAT place.

I had a great first time visit. They all were friendly, loved the place, and my hair looked amazing. Just great so far
