I come here to get my toes done all the time . They do a good job. Just need more colors to choose from besides that they do a good job.

They dont shape them good at all there so crooked and i told her to fix it and she made it worse and the design i showed her i wanted it doesn't look anything like it i will never go there again

I will never go back here again. I had my nails done 2 days ago and yesterday they started to fall off. They look like crap after she did them. I even said something to her about my nails and she just kept saying they good. And when I tried to pay her she slid my card and said it was denied so I gave her another card and she charged it, but she lied and she charged both cards. Now I am fighting with the bank to get my money back cause they won't give it back to me. They do a really bad job. And they can't speak English very well.

I originally went into this salon a few weeks ago. Although the decor was slightly outdated, I appreciated the care and attention that was put into my nails. However, when going to get my fill, the service downgraded considerably. The owner obviously did not want to do my nails and wanted me to know it. He barely used any of the materials needed to make the nails smooth. It looked like the gel was more like wet powder. It was so bad that when he was filing the nails the powdery substance flaked off rather than smoothing out like it is supposed to. To make matters worse he was so sloppy that the gel was glued to my finger. As he proceeded to use his nails to rip the acrylic from the meat of my nails, he seemed perturbed that I said it hurt. I then asked to wait to work with the same person as last time and he tried to clean it up. Basically, this has been the worst nail experience I have had in a long time! The owner would rather watch television or make phone calls than do nails. I am completely fine with that, but I have one piece of advice..."Be the owner...Don't do nails if you are going to make rookie mistakes." Needless to say, I will not return to Lady Nails because I was treated nothing like a lady, heck, I wasn't even treated like a paying, hard-working customer.
