Seriously the best experience at a nail salon ever. First I called and they were busy and unable to get to the phone. I chose not to leave a voicemail and figured I would call back later. They still called me back! Awesome customer service. Then I was able to text a photo of what I wanted so they could ensure they allotted the correct amount of time for me and scheduled accordingly. When I got there I showed the nail technician, Destiny, what I wanted but a different color. She took her time making sure the shape was perfect and then literally made the exact color orange I wanted out of a few different colors they had. The whole thing only took about an hour and for the service provided was super affordable! I highly recommend this place!

Very relaxing place and I love my toes! My legs and feet feel so refreshed after my pedicure. I will be back. :) Thank you!

I Love this place. A family business doing nails and behind responsible to there customers by having there Covid19 vaccinations. Kudos to all of you!

I had the best experience! She took her time, helped me decide with my colors and everyone was so friendly!!! Definitely keeping them as my nail place.

This is the first negative review I have ever taken the time to write about any place--but I felt as though the rudeness was inexcusable. I called on Tuesday--when the hours on their voicemail and on their website say they are open to book an appointment.
He said they were closed today but would fit me and he would call me back in an hour. He never called me back.
Then--when I called back the next day (after 5x no answer)--I asked why he never called me back yesterday and he said oh we were closed. I reminded him that he had told me he would call me back.
He said oh-okay. Do you want to make an appointment?
Me: Yes, but I just want to make sure I'm going to get quality customer service and would love an apology.
His response... "okay. bye" and hung up.
