Update: this review is for Kai's Justice Child Care Center, which is Located in Palmdale, CA. They appear to have manipulated the name of this establishment in order to hide from bad reviews. But, as an advocate for children, I will be sure that justice is served!!!
This daycare is full of troubled children who's behavior is not properly attended to. The Teacher-child ratio is almost always out of order. I worked as a Teacher and often had over 20 kids at a time, mixed ages. Also, they show favoritism towards their family m embers (many of the staff have kids attending, and many of the staff are either related to, or friends with the owner's and administrative staff. So, if your child is not one of the kids who have a family member on staff, your kids will not get the attention and/or respect that she/he deserves.) I spoke up on the issues at this center, even having a paper trail of my interactions and concerns - I was subsequently fired for speaking up. I worked here two separate times, and things never got any better. I am pretty sure most of the kids are foster children, grade C; meaning they have behavioral issues due to trauma (this is not a problem, but the fact that this information is not somehow disclosed until there is an incident, and then the staff excuses the behavior by saying "Oh he hasn't taken his meds today" and other statements like that as well as the fact that other children are affected drastically by these facts, it is a serious problem! I have seen my children and other children suffer many situations) The place is full of bullies and staff as best friends, not workers operating out of concern for the children but instead acting to cover up issues and still collect the money for accepting foster children and such.... While I worked there I had two children attending, they began to beg me not to take them back there. You have to keep a close eye on your kids behavior changes after attending here because they will be experiencing lots of unhealthy things. But, I guess what happens behind closed doors was suppose to stay behind closed doors....I would rate a big fat zero but that option is not available. I would not recommend this day care at all. Everything looks nice from the outside, but on the inside, there is no justice!!!
UPDATE: I first reviewed this place 7 months ago but after receiving a notification concerning my review, I noticed grammatical errors so I decided to edit the review to fix those errors. I notice one of the reviewers who I believe is a staff member who was a huge part of the problem..... Her name is Jessica and she actually had 2 kids there instead of three. I'm pretty sure that is her, and I guess she decided to manipulate the information so she wouldn't appear so obviously fraudulent. Jessica left 5 whole stars but of course she would do that.... She's one of the staff whose kids bullied other kids and kept up a lot of chaos.

My is going on three years old and has been attending a daycare since she was about 3 months old. The people here are amazing. I don't have to see it to know. It reflects in my daughter's attitude everyday. Her manners are beyond amazing especially for a two-year-old: please, thank you, excuse me. She already knows some Spanish. She knows her ABCs. She knows how to spell her name. They work with them on numbers. They do everything here. 2 years ago they started their annual turkey Drive where they handed every family a turkey for Thanksgiving. This year they make me cry not only did they give you the turkey they gave you the full course meal. For Christmas they gave you the ham and everything to go with it along with a Christmas gift for each kid. My daughter got one of those new scooters with the light up wheels she loves it. They go above and beyond and I just want to tell them thank you for everything they do. They are an amazing group of people.
