JP is a hair goddess. Design 1 is the best salon. You will always get your money's worth and feel like a million bucks. They have amazing hair products and always have a good sale going on . I have been to three different design 1's and I have to say that Cascade is the absolute best. Don't walk in here just showing a picture of what you want and expecting it. Have a conversation with your stylist on your style and what you want your outlook to be, put a little faith in them, and trust me, you will not be disappointed .

I was sent here by my fiance to get my hair cut in a style she wanted to try out before the wedding. I was sent with a picture of Chris Hemsworth. My stylist looked at it and said, "no problem at all, this isn't much of a stretch amyways." I look nothing like the God among men that is Hemsworth but she did a great job with my cut. 10/10 would be lied to and flattered again.

I understand that not all prices can be posted on their website because some prices vary. That being said, THIS is WHY they SHOULD post their prices online: Anyone can tell you anything they want (or anything they “think”) a service is going to cost. You schedule a consult (which is what they recommend to do in order to get pricing). The stylist/technician tells you she “thinks” it’s going to cost this much, and you schedule the appointment. Then you come in, and it turns out she was wrong, and it costs something else. Isn’t this person supposed to know exactly how much it costs, since she is the one providing the service? And if you haven’t changed anything, and are doing the very same service discussed during the consult, with nothing else added or changed, why are you being charged a different price than quoted during the consult? Or you get told you’ll get a discount if you book now, so you do (and you mention the discount while you’re booking, and the receptionist doesn’t say anything about the promotion being over), but then you get no discount and are told AFTER THE APPOINTMENT that the promotion is no longer active. So why not mention this to someone while they’re booking the appointment? If you ask me, this a very shady way to do business. I don’t want to go to someone who’d do anything just to lure you in the door and then tell you all the fine print after the fact. I don’t appreciate that, at all. Be honest and upfront about your prices and promotions. Don’t “think” a service is going to cost so-and-so, give me a PRINTED list of prices, or put it on your website so there can’t be any confusion!

JP and Faith are great always love my hair and color when I leave. I always have had problems in the past with hair cuts not being even, one side or area too long at other salons but not here which is so important to me. Thanks ladies

My daughter and i went today and saw Lorrie. We both could not be more pleased!! Best experience ever!!
