Horrible experience, They never have the hair in the shop. There is never anyone there when you go, even if you schedule an appointment. Can I rate a 0?

Wanted to give 0stars. I got his braids not even 3weeks ago..... I've already been there to have 4 replaced which took out my edges. They were rude.... Abt it but did redo my edges. Welllll 2days later 3 more came out so I'm taking them down NOW. I bring my own hair and was still charged 150 dollars ....Ola asked for 200!!!!!!!!! Wow for jumbo box braids that fall out 1 or 2 weeks later!!! NEVERRRRRRRAGAIIIIN.
