I've been going here for 10 years - great service every time. Beth, the owner, is very knowledgeable and helpful. Nichole does my hair, and always does a fantastic job. She listens to what I want, and makes it work for my hair - not an easy task for curly hair!

Great new haircut from John. This experience was also very educational. John told me I could ask him questions the whole time and he answered them thoroughly, so it was like going to a class on how to take care of my exact hair type.

My hair stylist Lynnle is amazing. She originally worked at Escape Du Monde, and I followed her to Phenix Salons by East Towne Mall. She is personable, willing to work with you to get ultimate hair results and the sweetest woman on earth. I will continue to see her for all my hair needs. 😊❤️❤️

Inviting, comfortable salon with an array of services. You can view staff profiles on the website, you can get a good sense of their personalities/styles. I was able to pick a stylist that matched my needs quickly and with just a phone call had an appointment within the hour. You can schedule an appointment in advance as well on the website. Great experience.

Nicole is amazing! She has been doing my hair years and has never once disappointed me. I get so many compliments about my hair and would recommend her to anyone!
