The man who worked on me was obviously new. I got a basic pedi. He filled the foot jet tub with cold water so I was unable to relax the whole time. He clearly didn’t know what he was doing.
He used barely any lotion with the very poor massage given and his latex gloves pulled on my skin. He did not give a thorough foot scrubbing and tried to avoid touching me if he could. Also, he positioned my feet in an uncomfortable spot over and over so it was easier for him to work but harder for me(the customer) to feel comfortable.
To top it off, the massage chairs hurt my back.
Would not recommend to anyone. Pitiful job and quality.

I have gone about 2 times and each time the shape I ask for just isn’t right and they don’t match at all, I went just went 2 days ago and just now one of mine nails broke in half and I did nothing! The amount I paid just isn’t the quality I got. Although it could be different for each person I recommend a different salon.

Yesterday, my daughter and I went to studio nails and spa at the Village at Stone Oak. Gina did my nails. She was absolutely fantastic and very meticulous. The environment is great, upscale without being pretentious. Great customer service and very reasonable prices. We will definitely be going back!
