I have lived two blocks away from this location for 5 years and I have never been. I finally decided to give it a try since they are right where I live. I was able to make an appointment online which was very convenient. However, I did think I would receive an e-mail confirmation confirming/denying my appointment. I called to double check that they got the appointment and they did. Love it here! Staff is nice, clean environment, and great color selection. I arrived around 15 minutes before my appointment and they were able to take me early. I got a dip manicure & pedicure. I also received a massage from a girl that does massages at other places. I think she might be a little over priced, but she was fine. Both my dip manicure & pedicure have held up great. I'll be back.

I never paid attention to this nail shop and it's right across the street from my job. However, I'm glad I decided to checked it out. I went yesterday after work. The customer service was great! I got in and out. They took their time & I made sure my experience was l great! The place is so nice and the atmosphere is so calm. You can get a massage, nails & pedi, and even a wax! It's like a one stop shop. Oh, the prices are very affordable! I will be going back! con: sometimes my nails crack on the side after just a week HOWEVER they always fix them with no issue. con: it can be a hit or miss with the workers doing nails. Other than that, I’m definitely going back.

I did give them 5 stars and had to come back to change it. Staff has changed and the fill in product that they use is really cheap. After one week my nails would completely come all the way off and a fill in was necessary after one week. I noticed no matter who did my fill after one week I would lose a nail or two and need a fill one week later. They have volume here not quality. I don’t like places that thrive off volume and not workmanship. Time to move on. It’s truly hit or miss in here. I also never seen regular powder pink. I asked if this is pink powder because in some places and years ago pink powder was more expensive. I was told no it’s regular powder. I was like naaah this is not regular all of my powder fill ins has always been white looking. Well that pink mess does not work and it definitely does not last at all! I’m a two week sometimes three week kind of nail person. I also have a daughter who frequents with me. We will not be back.

I've been going to Nail Talk & Tan for over 8 years. I will only get my nails done here. Practically everyone is good. You have a few newbies but with time they will be great.

Nail Talk is convenient due to location. However, this type of convenience came at a price. Unfortunately, I paid in blood. I should have walked to the Mall for a better experience with Nail Salon next to Dillards. I got my finger cut off which was a bloody mess. Also, the toe was shaved off too. This is traumatic experience that no one should have to deal with. I know it the Holidays, but try to hire qualified nail technicians who wont cut your customer's nails up. The prices are same, but employees lacks expertise. They say you get what you pay for, in this case no. They are a rip off. How can you charge customers after they are butchered in your salon? You add insult to bloody injury.
