My mom and I went in like we have for the past 11 years and got great pedicures and manicures. Jade and Van were our technicians and they always do a wonderful job. While we were there an unpleasant customer came in demanding her money back for what she called a “terrible manicure”. Peter assisted the customer but she demanded to speak to the manager. Despite her behavior, the Manager Kim remained professional and pleasant while trying to remedy the situation and appease the customer. The customer ultimately refused any solution offered to her. However, the entire staff remained professional and didn’t let the experience ruin their positive attitude. Even though we live an hour away now, we always come back to Great Nails!

This is my go to place to go and get my nails done! I've been going here for 4 years now and let me tell you, miss Kim never disappoints! She keeps up with the trends and if you show her a photo reference, she will work on your nails until it's to your expectations! I would highly recommend coming here! thank you so much great nails!

Nail tips placed on crooked.
Suggestions: retraining nail techs and add quality products

I found this place a few years back and have been going there ever since. The quality of work is excellent and they are always on time for my appointments. The place is clean and they do a great job. Mike and Kim Are my go-to people, I love this place!

Been here twice. I love the service. So nice and efficient. Anna did my nails the first time. Loved them🥰. And Bao did them the second time. Cleaned the up nice. It was great service.
