This place is horrible - I went and got gel polish which is supposed to last at least two weeks but it hasn’t even been a week and 5 of my nails came off and others are chipping off. I decided to go back and get them to fix it but they only wanted to fix the nails that came off and not the other which were half chipped off. Did not even apologize and were rude!! Avoid going to this place if you can !! The quality of the service is aweful.

Avoid this place like the plague. They are good people, but are terrible at their job. My girlfriend got her nails done here in addition to a manicure and I can say with complete confidence that I have done a better job painting someone's nails than this place did for my girlfriend. I recommend visiting Snow Nails on Winton instead. We went to Hollywood nails because it's slightly closer to my house. Will never make that mistake again.

I got a manicure and pedicure of my natural nails and had both polished. My fingernail nail polish was completely off the next day, and the only thing I did was give my dog a bath, but my toenails are still looking good after 7 days. I don't think the guy put on a top coat. I should have been more attentive. Also he clipped my skin when cutting and filing my toenails. I don't think I'll patronize this business again.

I will NEVER go here again. I went to get my nails done here. Two days later my nail polish came off. During the process of getting my nails done, I had to get the guy to take one nail off to do it again because he cut it down to low. Not even a week in I ended up taking them off because they were done horribly.
