I have been going to Kim's nails for about 15 years now...dating back to my first manicure! This salon goes above and beyond in skill and service compared to any other salon I've been to. They keep the salon spotless, are on top of current trends and have the largest selection in gel colors that I have ever seen. I have been to high-end expensive nail salons all around the country that aren't on trends and don't have the skills to do what Kim's does. You can bring in any photo of a nail style/or design you like and they'll likely be able to re-create it for you. Each nail technician makes a point of chatting and connecting with every customer. We are so lucky to have such a top-notch nail salon right in Kennett Square. I am constantly blown away with the sheer perfection and attention to detail in my gel fills and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. I am constantly asked where I get my nails done and have referred so many strangers and friends alike here.

A nice clean salon that always does a great job! Good quality products and tons of colors to choose from.

Love our nails! Went there as a young adult. Stopped to go back to school a nd have a baby... Had a gift from a wonderful friend for my daughter and I to have a mani-pedi. What a great time to just be girls... staff friendly and attentive as they were back in my younger years! Will always try to fit you in the schedule.. thank you for making our mother daughter day so nice!

I’m going to be totally honest. I like how they do nails. They do a good job, but the way I feel the times that I have been in there the way they act is kind of rude. The one lady has an attitude with me and looks at me like if I am dumb or whatever. She acts like if she is annoyed. Honestly if you are a person that knows that’s going to work with customers and all that stuff you shouldn’t be giving attitude to them and annoyed looks or trying to be smart about things because that’s not right.

Best nail experience I've had since I've moved to the area. The staff is a wonderful group of people who truly care about their customers. They're knowledgeable, take their time, and provide quality service time and time again
