I've been going here for years. Service can be slow is you don't have an appointment but they will fit you in! Best part is there's a Starbucks and Broilers right by to grab something. I now make appointments with Linda. She is great with gel pedicures and takes the time to adjust machine so I don't get dings

I been coming here for years and never had any problems, charlie has been doing my nails for about 9 years now.... He's great!!!! he does my medi, pedi and when I want acrylic he also does for me. I tried many place even lived in orange county, but charlie is he best.... perfect shape every time.... I also been to queen bee and shi nails and he tops them as well. Bella just had new ownership and they just remodeled the whole place. They have great pricing.. I seen a few bad comments, but I never had a problem.. some people are rude and disrespect and they get the poor service but I never seen anyone cry or walk out upset, and I go there every 2 weeks like clock work... over all great place and great price!!!!

Tech did a great job with the pedicure, I got a good one. Like getting a hair cut, I am particular... so I like try to get the same one next time.

My experience was very upsetting. I left the place in tears. I asked for a gel manicure and deluxe pedi. For my pedicure the manicurist an I older man who was very inpatient. He pulled an acrylic nail off my toe nail when it wasn’t soften and I’t hurt badly. I asked for my nails to be cut short and he burned me with the tool and stated he could not use the clippers. When rubbing the products on for the foot scrub he barely rubbed it in. He did not rinse all the product off. When I asked for help getting it off he threw the towel at me. When I asked for lotion he told me I did not need any I was fine. He and another manicurist argues with me totally ignoring my request for lotion. They instead defended the service they provided me. When I insisted he roughly handed me the lotion. I had to remove the product, apply the lotion and put my sandals back on. As I tried to do this I was chastised by my manicurist to no mess up my nails. I will not patronize Bella Nails ever again. All of my friend, family and acquaintances will be warned to stay away from this horrible place.

I go to Nina, and she does a good job. What I do not like is that she over charges. They have the set prices on the wall,but it is not followed. If it’s outdated they need to update it. It’s only fair for a customer to know what they are spending in advance. If they do not like the prices, they can go elsewhere. We find out after we get them done.It looks like they are cheating people, and that’s not cool. If I knew who to report them to I would.
