Never go here. I walked in for my first time and asked how much would a soak and gel manicure cost and the lady told me $20. Another lady took me in and was very aggressive taking out my acrylics that she didn’t even soak them, she used a metro card and scissors and made me bleed and was very rude when i said something. Another customer walks in and she hands me to someone else and doesn’t even do the color i wanted. After i was done she tells me its $40. I looked at my nails and it was lumpy, they didnt even clean it or anything and told her that the lady told me $20. She then started arguing with me and told me she doesnt care and to pay and get out. I ended up causing a scene in front of everyone as they got loud with me and started to fight with me. I only paid them $20 and made sure to let them know i won’t be coming back.

I have been going to Friendly Nails for a long time. I made an appointment today, and it was the first time I had to wait. I do like their service.

dont ever go here! the service is beyond horrible and the lady's are very rude. Without a doubt they change their prices after they tell you how much it is on the phone. The main lady even forces you to tip even after they make your nails bleed and do a lumpy manicure! DO NOT GO HERE!

I guess they are ok for emergency issues. Even good for basic stuff never to get full nail service. Prices are average. I’m sure they talk about their customers I’ve caught them giving side eyed .

I went to get an acrylic set with gel and at first was told the price was $60. After a 2 and a half hour manicure I was told $70. I thought she meant the tip was included so I gave $70 when the boss asks me, "what about the lady who did your nails?". I assured her over $70 is more than I've ever paid to put a set on. I then proceeded to call and ask how much an acrylic set with gel was and was told $60 again. This place changes their prices and isn't trustworthy at all. This place is horrible, I truly wouldn't recommend. Definitely not coming back...
