I stayed at this location with my daughter from 07/16 - 07-19. The staff was overall pleasant, however there were several issues that came up and were not addressed. First there was a family taking up several rooms in the same hall we were in and they were causing large disturbances to myself and other guest. Even after the desk was contacted multiple times nothing was done. The bathroom in the first room had severe damage to the bottom. The window in the room I was in the last night had been previously broken and instead of replacing in they put the pieces back together with black tape. The ceiling lights in the sitting area were not working. Finally the most glaring issues. I am a first responder and former fire fighter. I was unable to find a fire extinguisher on an floor. The cabinets were empty. I contacted the fire marshal for the City of Pasadena and have now been advised by them several fire safety violations have been found. I used several thousand of my reward points for this stay and have contacted Wyndham Customer Service about this and still have been given no answers or resolution.

Nice place, cool environment and lovely front desk staff. A lot of eateries around and very accessible to the business community and the airport.

Night front desk woman was HORRIBLE. Customer service was not in her nature. I never leave reviews but this has to be documented. We booked a 2 Queen room. Got a confirmation email and everything stating it. The front desk woman said it came through as a single king bed reservation. She didn’t believe us even when we showed her the confirmation email. She was extremely rude and ended up calling the cops on us because she didn’t want to deal with us anymore when we requested she call other locations to see if they had availability. “That’s not my job. I don’t know what you want me to do about that.” Cops arrived and told us we had to leave at midnight because the front desk woman said we had to and she was refusing service now. We never got to speak to a manager/ supervisor because she said there was not one at all to call. I’m shocked this woman has a job.

Ive been here 5 minutes and I already regret it. The hall ways smell and the rooms also smell terrible. Good thing disinfectant spray. The pull out sofa is terrible and the shower is stained on top. This entire hotels needs to be upgraded. I’ve been to many La Quinta inns and this one was the worst. We have been to La Quinta inn north and it’s way Better than this one.

I wish I can leave no start. I stayed in this hotel for 1 night. One of the reasons why I picked this hotel was because we like the Quinta hotels. The next morning I realized my daughter was all bit up. I took pictures at the hotel of all the bites. The first thing I did was contact them. The manager said "she went to go check" last time I checked a bed bugs it's not going to tell you "hey I'm here".then said it's probably the laundry detergent. My daughter never had those issues. I know the different between a rash and bites. I don't understand how this place it's still open. The manager didn't help at all. How you pay $100 and something to get bit by bed bugs. I got a lot of pictures
