If it was possible to give negative stars, that's what this place/person deserves. Extremely disappointed in the lack of service and responsibility at this salon. Not only was the service subpar, I ended up with a deep cut on my finger! The technician, Lily, was more concerned with looking up and talking to her peers WHILE filing my nail to notice that she actually cut my finger! I obviously winced and she just smiled at me. Later my finger started burning and when I examined it again, it was bleeding! I informed her that my finger was bleeding to which she replied "oh these new filers are so sharp." Are you seriously lady?! You don't even apologize for making me bleed?!
I understand that accidents happen but I'm more upset about the lack of accountability and professionalism! She didn't apologize once and when the manager (I'm assuming he was the manager) came over to talk about my experience, I showed him my finger and he just said oh and then changed the subject! On top of that, my SNS manicure was done poorly!
The other customers didn't seem to have any problems so perhaps the place isn't all bad. But if you go to Lily, be prepared for a crappy job. You'll lose cuticles but you might lose some blood too!

The best nail salon in Alpharetta & Milton ever. Sanitation is their top priority. One time I ask one of the staffs concern of customers. She answered "We concern for our customer health, so we must be very clean."

Not a positive experience. I went in for an SNS fill and should have left when they kept trying to get me to do solar nails - that was the first clue I should have listened to. The girl Lisa clearly did not know what she was doing and as a results the nails look horrible. Now at another solon - paying another $40:00 to have them redone!
