Based on the reviews I decided to try out this place. And I really had a great experience! My technician was professional and made gel nails for me very nice. The salon is clean and bright, lots of colors to choose from. Overall a very relaxing experience.

I've never had good manicure experience at HERE in before. And really like it! I stepped in and they took care of me immediately! They really take their time to give me the best possible experience. They are so detailed to me. Tools are clean which is most important in my mind. I have kept going in every 2-3 weeks since then to get manicures. Worth EVERY penny.

Came here to get a full set and pedicure for a friend's bachelorette weekend. The pricing is great for Carterville. The employees are polite and don't do a lot of gossiping among themselves. And takes care to make sure my nails look on point :) Plus, the manicures are wonderful, too. I would recommend this place to everyone I know!

If I could give a zero I would for my last experience there. My daughter and I booked pedicures and I was done before anyone even started on my daughter! The place was filthy, doesn't look like they have cleaned the floor since they opened. Have gone for several years and enough is enough. I will head on over to Carbondale from now on. Most disappointing 👎👎👎

if i could give no stars I would. I went for a dip manicure today and the women took an hour and a half. Normally you'd think it would be a nice manicure if it took that long but no! I chose a sparkly color and the women buffed and filed my nails down so much after putting the color on all the sparkles were gone. she also gave my nails the weirdest shape! I have nice nailbeds and this lady made my thumb nail look like a big toe! So so so mad and i couldn't even tell the manager because my lunch break was already over and i couldn't risk being any later to work.
