Right when I walked in, hours before they closed. The nail technician said NO to attending me in a very rude manner. So I took my business elsewhere.

As an artist, my hands are always in the public eye. It's important my nails look great as I face & boy paint and twist up balloon animal art. Cosmo's pays special attention to detail and even sprinkles a little glitter so my nails shine bright like a diamond full of Charm.

Got a wash and cut here as a walk-in. They seemed pretty busy so an appointment would be recommended. They had a nail salon just inside and the decor was nice. My hair was cut the way I asked, which is not the case at every salon. They seemed up-to-date on trendier looks, but there was also an older lady there getting her hair set. They are just off Florida Ave behind the Walgreens so it's nice and quiet. I saw a private treatment room with a table so they also do spa services. My wash & cut (no style or blowdry) was $26 with tip, so the prices seemed reasonable. My only problem was that they DO NOT accept credit or debit cards, cash only! Because of this, I'll try another salon next time. My haircut and the price was great but the inconvenience isn't worth it.
