This was the worst pedicure and manicure I have ever received. The werent clean by any means. The give terrible massages and rush through the entire thing. My nails are now so beyond thin from him taking too much of the layers off. He did not soak my shellac nails long enough so when he tried to scrap the polish off it wouldn’t come off. So he excessively used the drill and took so many layers that my fingers are hurting and still hurting. On top of this, he painted my nails horribly with the gel polish that it has bubbled and is uneven. He was just rushing through to get it done. When I said he was hurting me, he just kept on going hacking at my nails. I don’t normally write reviews but this was a must. Do not go here for any nail work.

This is a horrible place. Their customer service is horrible. There was bugs flying around. The nail tech rushed through the service. During my eyebrow service she put a headband in my hair that I don't think it was sanitized. When she completed my pedicure I had to ask for shoes to walk to the nail booth. They dont focus on their guest. They only talk to each other, which I had a headache after leaving. I only went there because my time is limited and I needed my nails done. NEVER AGAIN!!! I will report this company to state board I saw several violation. Do not give this company your time and money. They deserve 0 stars and to close business for a professional salon to take over that location. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before going

The lady in the front that greets customers is very impatient, rushes through each service and speaks her native language very loud and with anger. Whatever she is saying; you know that she is complaining. The customer service is not good at all. You do not feel like you are getting pampered. Will never go back to this nail salon.

Came in with a friend. I am leaving with four bloody nails post fill and she's leaving with polish that they ran out of, now with gel and then another layer of polish on top. To change colours and start over they were going to charge...for their mistake. Whoever posted a comment that the older lady, who looks like the new owner, is mean is right!! She will likely drive this place into the ground. The older man is lovely, but unfortunately and apparently they simply changed hands. We will not be returning!!!!
