If I could give zero stars I would. Went in and they made fun of the fact that I bite my nails. They said my nails were too short to do the dip powder, but in Georgia I’ve had dip powder before and it’s looked amazing. When she was doing my nails they cut three of my fingers and never apologize and it bleed pretty bad. Then when she asked me if I wanted gel nail polish I said no. The lady got the manger and she got in my face saying it’s only $7 more. I had to explain and tell her 4 times I did not want gel nail polish. The owner then continued to give me dirty looks and proceed to talk about the fact that I didn’t want the gel nail polish. They have terrible customer service and are just rude. I’d save my money and go somewhere else.

At many salons that I have visited I have waited for hours before I even get into a salon chair. At In Style, I was greeted within a few minutes of arriving there and into a salon chair within 5 minutes! The woman who did my nails was quick, but not sloppy. I got a full set and it looks incredible! I also got a pedicure and it was so relaxing, and very thorough! I arrived at 6:00 and was out of there by 7:15 with beautiful fingers and toes! Highly recommend!!

I normally have a good experience but this last time was AWFUL! I had a mani/pedi. The lady didn't do lotion or a massage with my pedi. It had be a while so I didn't say anything. Then the mani was botched and my nails looked bad. She went to reshape them but left the polish all gross and never put a second coat of color so it looked terrible. I had to redo them at home. When I went to pay I told the owner about my experience and she blew it off! What poor customer service! I won't be back.

I did not care very much for them, within a week I had an in grown toenail. My feet were still really rough, plus my nail polished had snugged on toe.

I asked for very short thin nails because it had been so long since I’ve had my nails done. THEY ENDED UP PERFECT, he paid such attention to fine detail. They feel natural I couldn’t be happier.
