So very disappointed! My mom, two sisters and I have been coming here for probably seven years sometimes every other month sometimes every few months, but today was the last time. We had an appointment for four pedicures and we understand that we cannot all be seen together so we made the concession to go two by two. My sister and I started our pedicures and my mother and other sister sat and waited for another chair to open up. A woman walked in and asked how long for a pedicure and was told about 30 minutes, her name was written down and she left. About 30 min later my mother and sister are still waiting and the woman comes back, the chair next to us is empty and the 2nd chair is finishing up. Instead of waiting literally 5 minutes for the 2nd chair to open up, the man at the front takes the walk-in and sits her down next to us. Mind you there are only 4 women working in the whole establishment. So now instead of my mom and sister being next, they are no set up to wait at least another 30 minutes. My sister who was still waiting decided to say something and was basically told that she was a liar and that lady had an appointment, she did not and that when we made our appointment we were told we had to go one at a time which was also a lie. My sister and I decided then to stop our pedicures in progress and leave. We were still charged the full amount less 15% for the inconvenience which was much more than an inconvenience! I'm so very disappointed since we have been going here for so long and are always very good customers, but if this is how they treat long term clients then I wil not be returning. We decided to go down the street to queen nails and they are so much nicer, cleaner, and the experience has been 10xs more relaxing then we have ever received at top nail!

I love this place! Wendy did my nails and she did an amazing job!!! The staff are pleasant and above all I am so happy with my nails! It's right off the freeway, although it's right next to a liquor store, but don't let that stop you! Not too costly, for a full gel set it was $22, don't forget to tip!

Do NOT go to this place if you want good service or price...2 full set 1 with design 100 dollars AND even with appiintment we waited an hour and were taken separately..a 3 hous horrible experience...and they didnt have all colors offered. And did NOT care that the experience was bad....plus super dirty
Youve been warned...the positive reviews HAVE TO BE FAKE
