I have been going to Venetian Nails in Plantation for several years. They are currently under renovation and the improvements that have been made so far are wonderful! The setting is very relaxing, calming and warm. The technicians are well trained, kind and want each and every experience to be a positive one. I frequently get nail art by Annie and others. She does an excellent job for any occasion and has never disappointed. If you haven't been to Venetian in a while, stop by and see their newly renovated salon that is amazing!

Overpriced for the services offered. The worst customer service in the industry. They do not stand behind their work. This salon constantly uses old sticky products. The finger nail gel colors typically do match the toe nail polish selected by the customer. They must all be colorblind because they continually insist that the colors match. I think they take remnants of old products and combine them in new bottles, and often use thinners in their nail polish to extend the life of the nail polish remaining at the bottom of the bottle. Save your money and choose another salon.

Not happy with this place. First I had a guy named Tony. Though nice, he did not do a good job with my foot. Had ingrown toenails and he really did nothing to get rid of them.Just kept digging at sides of my toes. He also did a lousy job on the bottom of my foot. This place is overpriced. They seem to care more about the asthetics of the place than getting people who know what there doing. Will not be returning.

Very sad that after years of being a loyal customer, I have more integrity than to return to this place after being treated very rudely by the woman who works the front desk. Nail techs have always been extremely friendly and done a great job. Unfortunately certain employees could really use better customer service skills when the majority of their job description is dealing with customers.

It was horrible!
Sam did my fill in and I told him I wanted French but with polish. He did a bad job and his excuse was I should have done gel. I said so why is French with regular polish an option? And French has been around for decades! How is that he can't do the basic French with polish!
I will never go to Sam again! Therefore I will never go to Venetian.
I've been a loyal customer in Atlanta too. My friends and I will find a new place to go.
