I highly recommend Monaco salon for all your hair care services! After a recent hair fail I called Monaco for a hair consultation and was quickly scheduled. I’m usually hard to please when it comes to my hair but Meredith at Monaco managed to exceed all my expectations and more! She was able to give me long full dimensional hair and also offered me hair knowledge for future care. She was also so easy to talk to! Everyone since my first consultation, even first phone call, has been accommodating and friendly and I suggest going to Monaco for all of your hair needs!

Marissa is amazing! I came to get my hair lightened which I’ve always had dark hair so I was a bit nervous going light but I saw her previous work so I chose to go with her! She was very knowledgeable about lightning hair and educated me on the process. The salon is very nice and everyone was welcoming. I will be coming back again to go lighter and possibly extensions as well!

*****Screw this place. If you leave a negative review they will call you and basically harass you over the phone regarding your review. They offered me to see a higher up stylist to fix my cut but why would I take that chance plus have to pay tip?!! So I declined the offer. And yes, I did feel pressured to leave reviews for a salon I was not physically at. So yes, I left the reviews to get the money and then I gave my honest opinion. What was worse was the snobby attitude I got from this call. How DARE they bother a customer like this. No way, I’m returning back or recommending. Docked another star for this distasteful display.**********
I’m editing my review because I'm now able to give an honest account of my experience. First, I doubt a lot of the high star reviews are honest solely based on the fact that the salon offers $20 off your service if you leave a review on the spot on yelp and google for both their salons regardless if you haven't been to both ($5 each). This is a little slimy cause they hit you with this at checkout and since the services are overpriced in my opinion, it makes it seem $20 less is what the real price should be.
I explained what I was looking for in my cut and my problem areas with my hair. I expect if I'm paying for a senior stylist that they really know their stuff and I shouldn't hold their hand. I'm not the expert, they're supposed to be. So I expect for them to do what is needed to get the best look.
After my styling was done, my hair was left looking dry, fly aways galore, not polished/shiny, and overall "ehh". I had to basically fix my hair when I got home and apply a bit of serum to get a more polished look. Something they should have done.
A couple of days later when I washed my hair, I got to see what the cut did to my curly hair. I basically lost length for no reason cause the graduated layers I asked for were non existent and I still was left with flat hair, just overall shorter. I had a feeling that I wasn't getting what was needed cause the layering process was very short time wise and not much effort was put into detail. How do I know this? I did my research beforehand on how these layers are supposed to be cut

Great salon and great products! Everyone is very professional. I was booked with Laura F and she was able to incorporate my ideas into a perfectly seamless color!! I usually don’t leave a salon 100% satisfied but I am so happy with my the results and I will definitely be going back soon.

One word: AMAZING! I'm so glad I came here to get my hair done and I'm SUPER thankful for Damaris. Not much people know how to work with curly hair but she knocked it out of the park. She nailed the long bob haircut I wanted just by looking at one picture for a quick minute. The salon atmosphere is great too. It looks very sleek and clean. All the stylists know exactly what they're doing which made me feel comfortable knowing my hair would be in good hands with whatever service I choose.
