5star rating. I like IVY VERY MUCH SHE DOES A GOOD JOB AND IS ALWAYS VERY NICE AND THOUGHTFUL.
I GOT MY HAIR CUT THIS TIME BY NANCY AND SHE DID A GREAT JOB ON MY HAIR
I AM ALWAYS HAPPY TO GO TO VIP NAILS.

I won't go anywhere else! I have gone to Kim for YEARS! She and Tony are great business people! I took my daughter's wedding party for manis and pedis the day before her wedding. They made it a very special time for everyone!

Have been looking around for a nail place and I came across this one and absolutely love it !!! They are all nice and friendly. Queen is so sweet! Will for sure be BACK!!

Not sanitary at all, will not be returning. I have been here once a few years ago and my friend wanted to get her nails done, so I went with her here out of convenience of location. I remember not having the best experience the previous time but was willing to give it another shot since it had been a few years since my previous experience.
This time I was even more let down than the first. I got a deluxe pedicure, as the regular pedicure did not seem to include much. (nail shaping, polish, leg massage?) I was worked on immediately, which was a plus, but there wasn't much direction of where they wanted me to wait or sit after I picked my color. The woman who worked on me I believe's name was Tammy. She offered me a water but didn't hold much of a conversation with me (which was fine for me.) She really seemed in a bit of a hurry although there was not anyone else waiting. She cut my big toe cuticle, did not apologize (even though I was bleeding), and then continued to apply lotions to my open wounded foot (which in fact did not feel pleasant. I still paid for my service as well as I did tip her, but I am very displeased by the service I received.
The main reason why I am leaving such a bad review was because of the cleanliness of this salon.Here are a list of things that I noticed that didn't seem clean to me.
- There were no plastic liners for the pedi tubs.
- When she used the hot towels on my legs, she removed them and CLEANED THE FLOOR around her with my DIRTY leg towels.
- She cleaned a bottle that contained one of the gels for my feet in the tub while my feet were in it.
- She used the cuticle cutter on the side of my foot to grab onto a piece of dead skin?
- She collected the scrubs/lotions that she used on me from a circular table in the middle of the salon, where she scooped these scrubs/lotions into the little plastic ramekins (the little disposable plastic cups you would put jello shots in!)
- Plus, following the above comment, she "cleaned" the three plastic cups in my dirty tub water, and then set them aside to reuse for another client instead of throwing them away.
- When she drained the tub water she tried the tub with the same towel she tried my legs off with. (not a clean towel/did not even sanitize tub)
What I did notice was "clean"
-She got her tools out of a sealed bag (new/sanitized)
-She wore gloves
Overall, not a good experience. Not clean, not friendly, sloppy job, etc. The only reason this review is getting 2 stars instead of one was because my friends mani did turn out pretty good and the lady who did her nails seemed pretty nice. But because of these issues, I would not recommend this salon, ever.
