I have been coming to Tudor Nails as soon as I moved to Rockaway 10 years ago. I have been to many other places and this exceeds everyone of them. Annie (my right) and her team are amazing. They really care. They operate very professionally, very clean, the best of service. And just as important, each are so pleasant. I really enjoy my time here.

Annie did my nails terribly. She rushed them and after three days my nails were popping off. I called and came in to get a whole new set and Zoey did an amazing job. Annie wasn’t apologetic at all. She can’t touch my nails again!!!

I’ve been going here for about 6 months…Great customer support. Friendly, courteous, clean, Quality service. I am happy, satisfied with the bio-gel that they recommended….I love it and it lasts!

This was my go to place for years. The owner asks about my daughter every time i go in. They were with me my whole pregnancy. I never went to any other spot. But, lately they have just been slacking. You still have to wait with an appointment. My entire set of nails completely came off and when i called to ask what can be done about it, the owner kept telling me that i took them off myself. Well, 1) I should have because they weren’t what i thought they would be. But, i didn’t. They genuinely came off. One by one. In a four day span. How does gel tips come off that quickly ? And, this isn’t the first time. There has been multiple times of SNS chipping after two days. Nails popping off. Gel pealing off and the fact that i’m such a loyal customer and continue to go back no matter what, to be told that i’m pretty much lying is insane to me. I’ve referred sooooo many people to this place through out the years. I explained to the owner that i got the nails done for my birthday and i really don’t wanna go spend another $100. She didn’t really seem to care and as i said, kept telling me that “it never happened before” when it absolutely has and once again.. Was calling me a liar. So. I will be going to another place moving forward. A tip to the owner, take care of your loyal customers.
