If I could give this place no stars I would. Paid $45 for a manicure and pedicure. The price would have been perfect if my manicure and pedicure would have been good. My pedicure was missing nail polish around The edges … I had to tell them to take the nail polish off because of how horrible it looked and they still charged me for a manicure. Terrible experience. My 12 year old daughter probably could of done a better job.

Gel powder they used seemed to be very old and kept applying very clumpy she asked for help from another man and they put about 5 layers of very old looking powder and top coat I knew my nails weren’t going to last this photo is same day . I always do powder because it lasts me 3-4 weeks and never chips just out grows this is the first time I experienced this with dip powder .

Linda is always my go to... last tech in the back on the left hand side. Otherwise take your chances elsewhere... receptionist is plenty rude and can't deal. I've been coming here for over 10 years I can't get enough of LinLin

I have come here several times and I have to say that the level of disrespect for their customers is quite unbelievable! I could never be at work laughing and speaking another language right in front of customers very loudly without reprimand!!!
They are very ignorant. I have inserted a picture of 2 of the most unprofessional women I've ever come across. I truly hope the owner will do something to rectify this PROBLEM. Please don't believe that just because people are silent, they're okay with the foolishness! They're not!
Lala is the only reason I gave the place 2 stars. She appears to be one of the youngest employees but she's always kind and gentle. She laughs and talks in customers face too but she's alot quieter and does not carry on like the others. Customer service is VERY IMPORTANT and Lovely Nails needs cultural competence training.

Just had a very disappointing experience at Lovely Nails with the technician Tracy. She took a phone call while she was applying my eyelashes which took her focus and attention away from me as her customer.
At one point she tore the eyelash off that she just put on and took the risk of pulling out my natural lashes.
I told her I don’t take phone calls at work because it takes my attention away from my customers. She told me to go somewhere else and that I was being impatient. An apology and some understanding would’ve been more appropriate.
