I will never come back here again. For one I came in and it was only two people working on a Friday. Whatever so after waiting for 25 minutes i'm finally told I can be seated to get my toes done. There was already one other people getting their toes done.. another lady walks in. The 2nd person working there has the audacity to tell me I had to wait until the lady was done getting her feet done then she would do mines. But wait. So your gonna do this ladies nails that JUST WALKED IN. And tell me i have to wait after ive already been waiting for almost 30 minutes. And how you gonna have only one person that knows how to do nails and only one person that knows how to do feet on a %^*%^+# friday! I walked right out

I have never had a bad experience at this place. I always leave there satisfied and this is my 4th time here! They are very professional, and do a great job, everytime!

Horrible horrible horrible. Twice I got a lady who didn't know what she was doing. The second and last tin I had this lady who took FOREVER to do both mani/pedi. Cut my nails to my SKIN and didn't have time to dry it so of course it got messed up and she did it again, only so haphazardly that there still cotton balls tails hanging from it. Do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE because they will f&$k up but not charge you any less!!!!!

I did some business at Tina's Nails in Beltsville, Maryland...the owner who uses the name Anna aka Sal who was my nail technician serviced me....I Paid w/tip to her and the technician who completed my pedicure service...by Monday the nail polish started cracking so I went back to correct the problem. I was told I had to pay $7.00 for polish change. When I refused. The owner became argumentative with me. I kept my cool, then I told her she should never argue with paying clients. I explained to her, this is not a must do, it's a luxury. I was told I talk too much and to be quiet. Excuse me, I said...who are U talking to? She proceeded to get upset, I explained to her, that I am a grown woman and U do not tell me to be quiet. I thank God for the change in my life...I called 911 for P.G. County who showed up and she was given the option to render the service she was paid for and refuse to correct w/o me paying seven more dollars or to refund the money that showed on the receipt...No good for business

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE I WENT TO HAVE MY NAILS DONE LAST SUNDAY AND BY TUESDAY THE POLISH STARTED TO PEEL OFF I WENT BACK TO HER TO SEE IF SHE COULD FIX IT AND SHE SAID I WOULD HAVE TO PAY AGAIN! WELL THE DAY SHE DID THEM I PAID TO HAVE A GEL COAT ON TOP WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO PROTECT THE POLISH AND LAST LONGER AND IT DID NOT ...THAT GEL SHE USES IS CHEAP AND BEING AS THOUGH SHE USED A CHEAP GEL ON MY NAILS I FEEL SHE COULD AT LEAST REPOLISH MY NAILS SINCE ITS HER FAULT BUT SHE WOULDNT! WHY WOULD I PAY AGAIN WHEN I ALREADY PAID $15.00 FOR A GEL COAT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE AND SHE NEEDS TO TRASH THAT CHEAP ASS GEL COAT SHES USING CAUSE IT WILL NOT LAST AND IT MAKES YOUR POLISH CRACK WITHIN 2DAYS! I WILL NEVER IN LIFE GO THERE AGAIN AND I WILL TAKE IT AS A LESSON TAUGHT!
