UPDATE: After the owner replied, I went back and got my nails removed and redone by a lady in there which was very professional and took the time to listen to what I wanted. The guy who did them initially offered to redo them but I declined and he got upset. Needless to say, I am now very satisfied and will be coming back ONLY to the lady (do not let the short man do them for you!)Thank you for fixing my nails and leaving them exactly like I wanted them from the beginning.
I’m new in the city and needed my nails done for a job interview. I paid $55 for some type of dip that makes my nails look deformed. They are super thick and bumpy/uneven. I’m really disappointed and upset!!!! I paid the $55 but NEVER going back nor recommend this salon. Now I have to go home and fix whatever I can of them. I have uploaded pictures on Google. Ladies really, just look elsewhere for nails :(

This place is nice & very well kept.
I’m giving this place two stars because all though the guy who did my pedicure was so nice & did a great job, the guy who did my manicure was soo rude ..one he was so rough he cut me three of my fingers were bleeding and stinging from the products being added to my skin & the job was not all that great on my hands...my nails are uneven length and he didn’t even clean the polish off my skin.

Great, Clean service! They took extraordinary measures to keep their salon very clean and well maintained. I asked for a pedicure after not being able to get one in 3 months and I loved their service. Whenever I'm in the area I would definitely be going back.

They are being very diligent with cleaning and sanitation! There is plexiglass everywhere which makes me feel very safe! This place is usually packed with people but they are definitely limiting that. I have not felt like there are too many people in there and I have been on their usual busy days. I love this place.

Absolute worst experience ever. Door was locked at opening when my appointment was supposed to be. I realize things happen and sometimes people are late but the following behavior made me believe this is just how this place operates. My manicurist was constantly on his phone and ignoring me. He directly asked if I wanted my nails trimmed and I said yes but he didn't do it and my nails are of varying lengths now. On top of that it was 45 dollars. Worst service and actual manicure I've ever gotten by a long shot and trust me, my standards are low.
