We came here for the first time and we're not pleased. We had an appointment for 6:30pm and didn't get service until 7:12! A nail tech told us 10 minutes, but that was at 6:46pm. Many workers were in the lobby eating food while we were wainting! At 7:10 we got up to leave. There was a lady that said 2 more minutes, but we still were walking out. Two available workers came out of the lobby and gave us water. We sat for another 20 minutes waiting. After that, the lady said I didn't need a manicure and just painted my nails. She said sternly not to move my hands. The pedicure was good, but not great. I accidentally bumped into my phone and smeared my polish slightly. I told the women and she exclaimed "I told you so!" She fixed it, but ignored the smear she made on my other nail. After I dried, I went back to my chair to paint over the smear myself and many workers starter yelling at me not to do that. I will never go back here! There is plenty better nail salons near by.

My granddaughter and I recently made manicure and pedicure appointments at Perfection Nails and Organic Spa. We arrived on time and were seated at pedicure chairs. After 45 minutes of being ignored by all of the technicians we decided to leave. As soon as we moved toward the door, technicians rushed over to discourage us saying it would only be a few more minutes. When I objected, two nail technicians appeared miraculously and started doing our nails.... such a disappointing and unfortunate experience for my granddaughter and me.

I had a series of horrible experiences here. About 2 months ago, I got a gel manicure. It all peeled off two days later. They fixed it for free, which was nice, but it still only lasted a week after that. About a week ago, I made an appointment for a pedicure. I waited for 45 minutes, while I watched the technicians ignore numerous other clients. There were 2 women sitting across from me that were left sitting with scrub on their legs for 20 minutes while the technician went and helped a woman who walked in (clearly a favorite of the nail technician). Once I was finally attended to, she rushed through my spa pedicure. I will not be returning.

I went in for 1hr massage late as I'm assuming it was rushed. I paid for an hour full body but they spent like 50 minutes on my shoulders and not very much elsewhere. "Step 1 was sauna and a skin cleaning... didn't happen. Step 3 was another clean didn't happen. I will probably try to go back because maybe it was just a bad day.

I love going here, tony does a great job and me and my Grandma both switched to this salon to have him as a nail tech! Never been more pleased with our nails would recommend!
