My friend frequents this place and made an appointment for us on Sunday July 22.
We were greeted asked to choose our color and our services were immediately started. I went for a pedicure and gel manicure.
The young lady that provided services for my pedicure was great! I choose white polish.. she did a good job. Now when it comes to my gel manicure! TRASH! She didn't know what the hell she was doing! Why is polishing with the color white so difficult! Anywho she didn't finish my nails another lady took over.. I expressed my dissatisfaction of the service. The lady tells me I should have chosen another color!
(Excuse me!) I paid these ppl $54.. the lady would not fix my nails or redo them. Monday I went back about 5:30pm. Both ladies were there. I advised why I returned, and my dissatisfaction again. Required my nails be redone, or take the polish off and refund my money.
Nails were redone the correct way! ( Not by either one of them) I'm not not a fan. I don't enjoy there customer service. Don't tell me to pick another color. I'm paying you my money, just do what I'm asking. If you don't know what you're doing just say so! I'll take that verses my time money and gas being wasted. I shouldn't have had to return!

I'm highly disappointed in the constant price changes as if they're adding in their own tip. I always tip when the job is done right. I even tipped today for such a hack job. My nails don't change. I've strictly stayed the same way to see if prices go up or go down as I've noticed before but brushed it off. $80 for a regular set and just gel polish for me and my daughter is ridiculous. I've always paid $24 for her and mostly $35 for me. I get that businesses do have to raise prices but every single time I go? I'm also not a fan of having my nails bleed after because the guy in there can't control the speed of the nail file. Myself nor my daughter have fat fingers but both of our nails were done as if we have boxed fingers. They truly don't care what kind of a job they do because they think nail polish covers it!!!!

I came there on Sunday I had an appt. I just wanted a polish change gel and it took dann near an hour and a half 3 techs later and the end result wasnt appealing. My nails are all chipped I asked for a design and didnt end up getting one i payed 20 dollars just to go get my nails repainted on Tuesday... Not very happy nor am i happy with there customer service will not return....

They do a great job. The salon os very welcoming. The only thing I don't like is they seem to make up prices.

I had a great experience here. My nails we're well done and looks great! Their prices are affordable and you get great service for it. Love the hot stone massage!
