Nail X never disappoints. This is the only place on the east side of Charlotte that I go to for my eyebrows waxing. They do a great job no matter who does it.! The man who does eyebrows is AMAZING.! I don’t wear acrylic so I can’t speak on the business in that aspect but I wear gel on my real nails and feet and the prices is good/normal, and the work is good.! The wait time varies of course but more times than not, I don’t wait a very long time.! FYI, there is a $0.50 extra charge for paying with debit card, and $1.00 extra when paying with credit.! No biggie, just wanted to let people know 😊😊.

Been going for almost 8 years... sometimes the wait is crazy but I usually don't have to go and get my nails done for a month and a half! So it's worth it

I’ll never recommend this shop to anybody!! She couldn’t even get closer to my eyebrows as on my own picture!! “Don’t come back next time” Tina said to a customer!!

I love Nail X! I have been going to Han for over 2 years for my nails. Tina always does a great job on my eyebrows, and Ricky never disappoints me on my pedicures. Their prices are very reasonable, one of the best nail shops I've been to in Charlotte!

I've been a loyal customer of Han's forany years...Driving from Concord to Albemarle Rd. I called for an appointment at 12pm. He said he didnt make them on weekends. I asked if I could come after work (5-6) since I was leaving For Miami in the morning and he says "yeah, just walk in". Well, I just walked in (all the way from concord) and he tells me that he can't do my nails and that 12 was so long ago that he didnt remember having the conversation. He says, "Oh, and I have to run somewhere". Excuse me???? Needless to say, shops close at 7 here mostly. After being in traffic and not being able to make it anywhere else, I have to travel without my nails or toes Done... Even though I called many hours in advance since he did the same thing the last time I came to get my nails done! Enough is enough! 🖕🏽
