when u walk in their very friendly and welcomeing. the do good work and are accommodating for what u ask for, but some of the technicians are quite rude. a lot of them are nice and extremely easy to get along with but one or two don't like to do what u ask or when u ask them to fix something they just brush it off. but otherwise the do a really good job.

I found the staff rude. My technician talked in his language the whole time, making jokes with his four co-workers that were around. The technicians were all quite amused. I live in Southern Maine because I value diversity. I however find it rude for anyone in any language to joke around with co-workers while performing the job they are being paid to do. I would have loved a translator to see what was so funny and if it was at the customers expense. I tipped 20% because I believe in supporting someone's livelihood. But I will not go back. The environment of joking around made the experience stressful not relaxing.

I scheduled an appointment for a Saturday at 10 am because I had a wedding later that day and was supposed to help out. They made me wait for 2 WHOLE HOURS
