Got my nails did and feet too! The whole experience was fantastic and the price was not to shabby on the wallet , paper, plastic, my mom's card, my Ladies card or how ever you cover the bill. I will be back soon and I promise not to take 1 year again before feet services. The grinding alone took 14 sessions. Overall I am so happy with the outcome of my Tootsies and yes people, I said Tootsies. They use to be called Talons a.k.a I have to buys sheets and get a new wife every week. I am just kidding, I will be back with the whole family. They are kid friendly if I didn't mention prior.

Usually no issues today with an appointment I had to wait over an hour. Not happy. However she explained what happened with customer before and did an amazing job on my nails. She is very friendly and always up to the challenge when I bring her pictures of designs I want.

So glad charged extra for her to saw my skin off with the gel polish on my toes. Really hated the massage if you can call it that as the pain from where my ankles rested while supposed callus remover on. She then kinda pretended to file my heels for a second. Next thing I know my leg is burning from the rock & then on my other leg - I cannot believe I don't actually have a burn mark. Then put on the mask I specifically said I didn't want so my legs burning in a different way. All the be told the brush on the polish I chose broke- obviously they would not have more brushes so had to get up & pick a different color. Nails different lengths & polish missing from sections of toes.
Didn't feel place was clean. Was so thirsty no water offered. Not impressed

The work they do is excellent! My nails look great! The atmosphere is very pleasant.

My boyfriend and I went to got get our nails done. First off they are not sanitary at all. The guy that did my nails had a client before me and after he finished her he did not clean any of his tools or his area. The tools had someone else’s dead skin…. With my boyfriend they had a little girl who looked around 12-13 and was doing my boyfriends feet. He also had a reaction to whatever they used… or it’s from using dirty instruments… the experience was not enjoyable.
