I love this place. I've been to many nail salons in Durham and this is by far the best place I have come across. I always get the no chip and it lasts up to 2-3 weeks (sometimes even more!). The people there are so friendly and very accommodating. They make sure you feel super comfortable and satisfied with your nails. Many people compliment me on my nails and I tell them they need to come to Luxury Nail Spa. I highly recommend this nail salon over others. They are clean, friendly, and great at what they do.
They have a lot of clientele, but if they can take in a walk in they will fit you in with no hesitations. They are great!

JENNIFER IS AMAZING!! This is a wonderful nail salon! Today I was able to get a full set, pedicure, and my brows done all during my lunch break thanks to JENNIFER!! She does a wonderful job and is super nice! I get acrylic with gel polish and have to have my nails super short due to my profession...not only does she do them how I request, but everyone always thinks they are my natural nails!! I definitely will be recommending this place to all my friends!!

update 5/28/18: I am never disappointed coming here. The prices are decent, but the staff is wonderful, and they treat your nails like a masterpiece in progress. They're perfectionists and won't let you leave until you're satisfied. Their skill level is a definite bonus too! All around very pleasant, definitely would recommend.

I have been going here for a year. I have cheated and gone to three other places in the triangle since. Every time I have regretted it. My gels last three weeks. They are fast and curious. The environment is relaxing and they are even great with eyebrows! The only negative is that their pedicures don't get rid of my rough feet as well as other places. Maybe there is a special pedicure for that there, but I love it when the basic pedicure takes good care of my feet.

This place is awful. The customer service is nonexistent and I think they are kinda racist. Just save your money and go somewhere else where the staff won’t be insulting you in their language.
