Short Review: Fast with many design options, but poor quality work and unclean environment.
Long Review: One star for speed of service, and one star for artistic ability. My overall experience here was not pleasant. They painfully ripped off my gel instead of soaking it off (I asked for it to be soaked, but was told that takes too long), and I got multiple small cuts from the drill and clippers around my nails. The work station, floor, and gel light were clearly dirty and oddly sticky. I asked for ONLY gel polish three different times, but I got acrylic with tips and gel polish on top; which became noticeably more expensive than what I wanted. They did not clean up the excess acrylic or glue under my nail after asking, so I get to file that off myself at home. No lotion or cuticle oil, so the area around my nails looks sad. The lady seemed nice, but she didn't seem to want to do what I was asking for. I've been told by others who go here often that there are only two good nail techs, and if they aren't working that day it isn't worth coming here. I find this unfortunate if true. I won't be returning, but I wish them well.

Although I called ahead of time asking if they could take their time with me and my daughter, the lady that was on my feet was moving too fast and cut my cuticle on my toe and it was bleeding. It was my daughters first experience having a spa day and I’m not sure if she liked it much. I usually come here and I just wish they would slow down a little and focus on the quality of the customer and not the quantity of how many are coming in. 😊

Yen....is the BOMB ×1000...NAILS ATE ALWAYS BEAUTIFUL...SHES VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FAST...The shop is friendly atmosphere

In and out withing two hours. Everyone was very nice and great customer service. I am now a new customer. Yen did great job on my eyelashes. Love them
