This was my first time at Torrid, and I didn't know what to expect. The ladies helped me learn my size in their brand, and when I found what I liked, they checked both online and in the back for additional colors. I left feeling happier than I have at any previous clothing stores, and the clothes I got are soft, comfortable, and were in my price range, since the ladies helped me with sales items, etc. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.

This is my first time having such a bad experience. I been coming to the Tulsa location since they open. I love Torrid. I have a Torrid credit card. But Customer Service I received today made me want to put everything down and walk away, but I wanted those jeans. I asked for help and they were literally going back and forth on who was going to help me. I said I don't care who help but somebody needs to. The manager was basically running not to help. I never seen anything like it. There was one lady that was sweet. That's why I gave a two.

Most amazing Women's clothing store ever! Size inclusive. 10-30. Best retail service and not even on commission, this is a store that gets special collection items, unlike Owasso, which is great too!

Absolutely love Torrid! Hands down the best shop for Plus size girls and women in Tulsa. It can be a bit pricey, but their clothes fit perfect everytime (at least for me). My advice for the thrifty shopper is shop their clearance in the back of the store. There is always new stuff rotated in during the week and they always seem to have a deal going on. Right now it's buy one get one 75% off on clearance. And it's a bit more reasonably priced for people on a budget. If your a size 12-30 in women's clothing you are going to love this place!
