my mother is a loyal customer of more than 1 year at this salon. She had an appointment for a special event and when she showed up for her appointment, a little early to pick her color, she was told that they got very busy so they gave her appointment away and they had no more time that day to do her nails. She returned the next day asked if they would do her nails at a discount since they gave her appointment away. They said "no" That is poor management.

I'm so disappointed with how they treated my co-worker the other day, after what I heard I have no respect for their business as a business owner myself. You don't approach customers and say 'what do you want?' And then tell them 'then go' when they tell you that's not nice to speak to customers that way and that they can take their money elsewhere. Also she sent a bride over to them the same day and she was loosing gemstones as she was walking to her car and I've also personally never had a good experience the 2-3 times I went! One time I went and I spent $130 on my hands and feet for the chrome color to come off a week later and that's never happened with the nail salon I go to usually. It's definitely a hit or miss with the nail techs and that sucks because the person who did do a good job is never available and honestly I just never felt good vibes in there and this just proved that how I felt was right.

1st time going here and it was a wonderful experience. It was a last minute walk in, I was greeted very warmly and seen right away.
I was offered a beverage and my pedicurist made sure I was comfortable. I'm very happy with the result as well. 💯🖒

They don't keep scheduled appointments. 2 times I had a wedding to go to scheduled my appointment a week ahead. I wouldn't get a call to inform me of a cancellation. I would arrive only to be informed my nail tech can't keep the appointment.
