Pleasant experience all around. The quality of my manicure and pedicure was amazing. The shop seems to be newly renovated, so everything is clean, and the pedicure chairs are delightful. If you’re looking for quality service in terms of your nails then this is the place to be, however if you’re looking to engage in a deep conversation with the manicurist then maybe not so much. The staff there are clearly not fluent in English, but they can engage in a conversation with you. I think they do quite an amazing job here and wish more of their customers would write a review as some of the comments below are simply untrue. For example, one reviewer said her husband was Asian and therefore she understood what the manicurists were saying. I’d just like to point out that “Asian” is not a language and that if she were to say that she spoke Vietnamese, her review would have more credibility. Please ignore all the spiteful comments and visit the salon for yourself to get a better understanding. I mean they have been in business for over a decade now and they’re still running strong.

Very rushed. Had pedicure and fill with gel. Pedicure was ok, but my feel were still rough when done. Girl was nice who did my pedicure, but owner did my nails, and she was rude, VERY rushing, and sloppy work. I will NEVER go back! My nails have never looked so sloppy, ever. I tried them because its closer than the place I've been going for 15 years. But apparently, i will need to go out of my way to get good service and great nails at Nail Pro in tacoma off of Hosmer. Best place ever!!!

Awful. The employees are rude and speak very little english. My nails are uneven, crooked, and have a bunch of left over acrylic underneath/around. I'm never going back.

I wouldn't suggest this place for ppl of color. They won't speak when you walk in and the one who seems to run the place talks on her cell phone the entire time. Lam is the only good tech in there and she does most of the work. I'll pass on ever giving them my money again.

I went there on April 3 2017 to get my nails done today is April 8 2017 I had 1 nail come off and 4 others popping up. I went in with my bank statement to show them I paid 40 dollars and it hasn't even been a week they fixed my nails very sloppy but I didn't care at this point because I went down the street to have the repainted. But I do however care about the Customer service experience today. You talked badly about me yes I am bilingual and understand very well due to that fact my boyfriend is asian and teaches me everything so I don't feel out of place when visiting his family. I noted the disrespect with a humble attitude and just listened instead of getting rude and telling you about yourself while you guys had other customers I decided to write you instead. In the future please be careful of what you say about other ethnic groups because you never know who understands what you are saying and with this said wish you best of luck with your shop but I no longer will be taking my money over to you but I thank you good bye
