Front host was very sweet. The nail tech was very rude, not friendly at all and was unhappy we were even brought over to her table for a simple basic manicure. No clear coat was even offered!! Rude, rude, and rude. No tip. I will not return due to her attitiude!!

The staff is very nice and accommodating to our weird allergy to peppermint. Our nails look great.

Queens isn't very good at doing acrylics. Every Time I have gone there my nails don´t look good afterwards.

This place is under new management now as of January 2018. There are some notable changes. The front desk man speaks English well and is so helpful in handling appointments and transactions. They all make you feel welcome. Tina is my favorite technician as she can do a French Pedicure that lasts. The prices are reasonable and they can accommodate a group. The place has been painted and there are new lights. All the instruments are autoclaved and the techs wear gloves. It’s a clean place. Enjoy your bottled water and
